Heidi Gunter is a dance writer and researcher with an emphasis on dance anthropology. She has worked professionally as a Stage Manager, Administrative Director of American Ballet Theatre’s Pre-Professional School, and dance writer. She holds an M.A. in Dance Studies from the University of Surrey and a B.A. in Dance and Anthropology from the University of Alabama.
