Activate Your Card

The Card CANNOT be used until activated. To activate the card, please visit www.card-support.com or call 1-888-621-1397. You will be prompted to enter the following:

16–digit card number
The 3 digit security code on the back of your card
The access code number printed on the mailer in which your gift card arrived

During this activation call, you will be able to hear your assigned PIN. This PIN is not required to make purchases, but you have the option to use it if you choose. You can hear your PIN or change it any time by calling 1-888-621-1397. This PIN will not grant access to cash at ATMs or provide cash back with transactions.

[wpsm_titlebox title=”Is a Prepaid Visa Card a credit card?” style=”1″]No, the Card is prepaid. However, when presented at a merchant for payment you must provide your signature on the receipt – similar to a credit card transaction.[/wpsm_titlebox]

[wpsm_titlebox title=”How can I check the balance on my card?” style=”1″]You can check your balance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at www.card-support.com or call 1-888-621-1397. Key in your Card number and three-digit security code on the back of the Card.[/wpsm_titlebox]

[wpsm_titlebox title=”Can I make a purchase for more than the amount remaining on the Card?” style=”1″]Yes, you can pay the difference between the purchase price and the remaining value of the Prepaid Visa Card with cash, check, a credit card or a Check Card. This is subject to the merchant’s procedures.[/wpsm_titlebox]

[wpsm_titlebox title=”What do I do if the Card is declined?” style=”1″]This means that the amount authorized by the merchant is above the remaining balance on the Card. Be sure the merchant is only authorizing an amount that is equal to or less than the current balance.[/wpsm_titlebox]

[wpsm_titlebox title=”How long can I use the Prepaid Visa Card?” style=”1″]You can use your Card until the balance is zero or the Card has expired.[/wpsm_titlebox]

[wpsm_titlebox title=”Why won’t my card work for pay-at-the-pump gasoline purchases?” style=”1″]A $25 card will not work at the pump. To purchase gasoline, take your card inside and ask the attendant to charge an amount equal to or less than the remaining balance on your card.[/wpsm_titlebox]
